水培条件下,研究了天冬氨酸衍生的氨基酸对水稻幼苗根生长的影响.实验结果表明:在水溶液中,0.5—2mM的赖氨酸(Lys)、苏氨酸(Thr)、甲硫氨酸(Met)或高丝氨酸(Hom)可抑制水稻根的生长,其中以Lys的抑制作用最强,1mM Lys的抑制作用为86%。Lys+Thr具迭加抑制作用,而Met则部分减轻Lys的抑制作用.Met或Hom可减轻Lys+Thr的抑制作用。MS无机盐培养液中,或KNO_3、NH_4NO_3溶液中加上述氨基酸后的结果表明,当氨基酸浓度高于2mM时,才明显抑制水稻根的生长.在KNO_3或NH_4NO_3溶液中,Lys+Thr/Met/Hom均具协同抑制作用,而Met或Hom均减轻Lys+Thr的抑制作用。
The effects of aspartic acid-derived amino acids on the root growth of rice seedlings under hydroponic culture were studied.The results showed that Lys, L-Thr and Thi Met or homoserine (Hom) inhibited the growth of rice roots. Among them, Lys had the strongest inhibitory effect, and the inhibitory effect of 1 mM Lys was 86%. Lys + Thr with superposition inhibition, while Met partially reduce the inhibition of Lys.Met or Hom can reduce the inhibition of Lys + Thr. MS medium or KNO_3 and NH_4NO_3 solution, the results showed that when the amino acid concentration was higher than 2mM, the growth of rice roots was inhibited obviously.In the KNO_3 or NH_4NO_3 solution, Lys + Thr / Met / Hom synergistic inhibition, and Met or Hom reduce the inhibition of Lys + Thr.
