目的:探讨血必净用于脓毒症患者治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2014年8月至2015年8月黔南州人民医院收录的40例脓毒症患者资料,对其临床诊断方法、症状表现等进行分析;40例患者均采用血必净注射液进行治疗,于6个月后回访调查,对比患者治疗后的康复效果;按照痊愈、显效、有效、无效等4个标准,详细统计具体的治疗效果。结果:感染是引起脓毒症的主要症状,经诊断患者有细菌或高度可疑感染灶存在,患者以发热、心动过速、呼吸急促、外周血白细胞增加等为主要症状;经过抗炎治疗,本次痊愈22例,显效14例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率95%;2例患者由于感染严重,进入重症监护室(ICU)且延长治疗时间,正常治愈。结论:血必净具有活血化瘀、疏通经络、溃散毒邪的作用,用于脓毒症治疗效果明显。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing in the treatment of sepsis patients. Methods: Forty patients with sepsis who were admitted to Qiannan Prefecture People’s Hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were enrolled in this study. Their clinical diagnostic methods and symptoms were analyzed. Forty patients were treated with Xuebijing injection Treatment, at 6 months after the return visit survey, compared with patients after treatment rehabilitation effect; in accordance with the cure, effective, effective, ineffective and other four criteria, a detailed statistics of the specific treatment. Results: Infection was the main symptom of sepsis. The patients diagnosed had the presence of bacteria or highly suspicious infection. The patients had the main symptoms of fever, tachycardia, shortness of breath and peripheral blood leukocytosis. After anti-inflammatory treatment, 22 cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95%. Two patients were cured due to serious infection, entering intensive care unit (ICU) and prolonging treatment time. Conclusion: Xuebijing has the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, clearing the meridians and disintegrating toxic agents, and is effective in treating sepsis.
