针对目前国内现浇混凝土地下输水管道顶部振捣不实、壁厚不均、进料无计量和给水管件不配套、不定型等技术弱点,山东省肥城县水利水产局通过改进制管模具、设备和施工工艺及管件的制作与安装,解决了上述技术关键问题。抽样检查,管径250mm、长3m的试验管,在承受0.3MPa的内水压力下,不渗水、不开裂,质量可充分满足井灌低压输水的要求;给水管件安装使用后,管理使用方便、止水效果良好,且造价低、寿命长,深受广大农民欢迎。目前,利用此项技术已在本县发展“管灌”2.5万亩,同时巴在本省部分市、县和山西、甘肃、陕西等省推广应用。本文着重介绍现浇混凝土地下输水管道的施工设备、模具,施工技术,进、分水建筑物,以及给水管件等方面的有关技术问题。
