(一)一九五九年工作的估计1959年我省劳动工作是继续跃进的一年。一年来的劳动力管理工作,经过二月和七月两次大规模的精简,全省县以上工业、基建、交通等企事业共压缩了41万多职工,其中80%的人直接参加了农业生产,超额完成了中央下达的35万人的精简指标。到8月底止,全省职工总数已由58年末的196万多人压缩到155.4万人,工业生产提前一个多月全面超额完成了全年计划,农业生产也取得了大丰收。
