本文报告一种改进的经口内下颌支-体部矢状骨劈开术,用于矫治小下颌畸形共15例,30侧手术。术后的(牙合)、颌关系以及功能与形态效果均令人满意。之中结合有关应用解剖、生理,特别是下颌骨支、角部和下颌神经管的形态与断面解剖,对本手术的设计特点,手术步骤和要领,手术适应征以及并发症的防治等问题进行了讨论。本组经验表明,如病例选择恰当、施术正确,则本手术当不失为一种功能与形态兼顾,效果稳定的矫正小下颌畸形的首选手术。
This article reports an improved oral mandibular branch - sagittal osteotomy for correction of small mandibular deformity in 15 cases, 30 side surgery. Postoperative occlusion, jaw relationship, and functional and morphological effects were satisfactory. Combined with the application of anatomy and physiology, especially the mandibular branch, corner and mandibular canal morphology and sectional anatomy, the design features of the operation, surgical procedures and essentials, surgical indications and complications prevention and treatment issues discuss. The experience of this group shows that if the case is properly selected and the operation is correct, the operation can be regarded as the first choice of operation to correct the small mandibular deformity with both functional and morphological characteristics and stable effect.
