10月20日,巨人公司推出了绿色版《征途》,推倒了之前靠道具收费的商业模式,转向鼓励玩家在游戏中互相交易,官方通过收取交易税、提供极低价格的装备升级手续费等方式来实现赢利,号称不卖材料,不卖装备,不卖宝箱,掉落物品不绑定可交易。也就是说,官方极可能将绿色版《征途》中的游戏币维持在一个相对平衡的状态中,免费玩家如果不交易,其游戏币的需求可能刚够,或者可能会略少。但是如果有更高的需求,例如收购其他玩家手中的极品武器,那么他就可能需要向官方购买一定的游戏币才能继续进行下去。这一新的经济系统设置,使该游戏倾向维护非付费玩家的利益,一切的一切都将绿色版《征途》推向了“看上去很美”的境地。作为道具收费模式的鼻祖,巨人的此次动作,不禁让业界人士联想到:这是否会开启“免费网游”的新时代?
