应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图检测31例正常人及41例经造影证实的冠心病患者,定量分析二尖瓣舒张期一系列血流参数。结果显示:反映血流速率和容量血流分数的各参数,在两组间差异有显著或高度显著性。在不同严重度冠心病及心肌梗塞与非梗塞组之间差异虽无显著性,但应用计算机作逐步回归分析建立诊断冠心病的判别函数式,经检验证实符合率达95%。提示脉冲多普勒的左室舒张功能分析法是临床协助早期诊断冠心病的一种较可靠的方法。
Pulmonary Doppler echocardiography was used to detect 31 cases of normal subjects and 41 cases of coronary heart disease confirmed by angiography. Quantitative analysis of a series of parameters of mitral diastolic blood flow. The results showed that the parameters reflecting the blood flow rate and volume flow fraction had significant or highly significant differences between the two groups. Although there was no significant difference between different severity of coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction and non-infarction group, the discriminant function of diagnosis of coronary heart disease was established by using computer stepwise regression analysis. The coincidence rate was 95%. Tip Pulsed Doppler left ventricular diastolic function analysis is an early clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease is a more reliable method.
