本文报道用阻抗血流图法对5例用心室起搏心室感知抑制型起搏器(VVI)的病人的心功能的研究。结果表明:一般起搏心律心肌收缩力好,心搏血量无下降。起搏综合征者亦无心输出量降低。
This article reports the study of cardiac function in 5 patients with ventricular-sense ventricular-sense inhibit pacemaker (VVI) using impedance flowgraphy. The results show that: general pacing cardiac arrhythmia is good, no decrease in stroke volume. Pacemaker syndrome also no cardiac output decreased.
