目前,一种由拨号芯片和液晶显示模块组成的新型液晶显示拨号电路已开始广泛应用。这种电路采用串行方式传输数据,联接简单,具有16位LCD(液晶显示),实时显示时、分、秒,来话时计时并显示通话时间,最长通话计时为59分59秒,通话结束显示数据可保留约5秒,之后,自动恢复到实时显示;在摘机拨号时,可显示所拨的号码,顺序为从右往左移动显示16位(号码超过16位时则显示最后16位),拨号结束10秒后开始计时并显示通话时间。本文以HA8688(Ⅲ)P/TSD-LCD电话机拨号电路为例,介绍这种新型液晶显示拨号电路原理与检修,电路见图1,液晶显示模块及实际连接见图2。
