建立了离子对高效液相色谱法测定无味红霉素含量。采用C8(5μm,4.0mm×125mm)柱(Lichrospher),以含0.1%(V/V)三乙胺的10mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠溶液(用磷酸调pH3.4)-乙睛(52:48),检测波长为205nm。线性范围992~4958u/ml,r=0.9998(n=5),回收率100.3%,日内平均RSD为0.6%(n=18),日间平均RSD为0.8%(n=9)。
Ion-pair high performance liquid chromatographic determination of uric-free erythromycin was established. A 10 mmol / L sodium dodecyl sulfate solution (adjusted to pH 3.4 with phosphoric acid) containing 0.1% (V / V) triethylamine was loaded on a C8 (5 μm, 4.0 mm × 125 mm) column (Lichrospher) Eye (52:48), detection wavelength of 205nm. The average daily RSD was 0.6% (n = 18) and the average daytime RSD was 0.8% (n = 9) with a linear range of 992-4958u / ml, r = 0.9998 .
