介绍一种采用两个同类型气体传感器来实现温度补偿的可燃性气体报警器。把一气体传感器密封做成温度传感器,对另一气体传感器进行温度修正,以在宽范围内消除环境温度对气体传感器特性的影响。该报警器采用Motorola的MC68HC05P6A单片机作为核心控制部件,内嵌基于一定算法的用户程序,以达到对于特定气体传感器的特性补偿、软件修正及实时控制。对可燃性气体传感器温度补偿原理及MCU软件修正和控制方法,进行了分析和讨论。
A combustible gas alarm with two gas sensors of the same type for temperature compensation is introduced. A gas sensor is sealed as a temperature sensor, and the other gas sensor is temperature-corrected to eliminate the influence of ambient temperature on the gas sensor characteristics over a wide range. The alarm using Motorola MC68HC05P6A microcontroller as the core control unit, embedded algorithm based on a certain user program to achieve the characteristics of a specific gas sensor compensation, software correction and real-time control. The principle of combustible gas sensor temperature compensation and MCU software correction and control methods were analyzed and discussed.
