目的了解结核分枝杆菌(MTB)北京基因型在云南省不同地区及民族间的分布特征。方法利用RD105基因缺失法对分离自云南省曲靖、普洱、西双版纳等6个州(市)结核病患者的245株MTB进行北京基因型鉴定,确定北京基因型菌株在不同州(市)及民族间所占比例。结果培养分离的245株MTB经PCR扩增鉴定,其中146株为北京基因型(占59.59%)。其中以曲靖市北京基因型菌株所占比例最高,为82.61%,德宏州占81.82%,丽江市占77.78%,普洱市占51.16%,西双版纳州占37.14%,临沧市占37.04%。不同民族来源的MTB北京基因型分布不同,景颇族和傈僳族来源菌株北京基因型占比最高,分别为90.00%(9/10)和100%(9/9);哈尼族、彝族和傣族来源菌株占比最低,分别为34.78%(8/23)、47.62%(10/21)和48.00%(12/25)。结论云南省MTB北京基因型在呈多态性分布,不同地区及民族来源的MTB北京基因型分布不同。
Objective To understand the distribution of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) genotypes in different regions and ethnic groups in Yunnan Province. Methods Genotypes of 245 MTB isolates from 6 TB (Qujing, Pu’er and Xishuangbanna) TB patients in Yunnan Province were identified using the RD105 gene deletion method. The genotypes of Beijing isolates were identified in different states (cities) and ethnic groups Proportion. Results A total of 245 MTB isolates were identified by PCR. Among them, 146 were Beijing genotypes (59.59%). Among them, the genotype strains of Qujing Beijing accounted for the highest proportion of 82.61%, Dehong 81.82%, Lijiang 77.78%, Pu’er 51.16%, Xishuangbanna 37.14% and Lincang 37.04%. The genotypes of MTB Beijing from different ethnic origins were different, and the genotypes of Jingpo and Lisu originated from Beijing were the highest, accounting for 90.00% (9/10) and 100% (9/9) respectively. The Hani, Yi and Dai populations The strains accounted for the lowest, accounting for 34.78% (8/23), 47.62% (10/21) and 48.00% (12/25), respectively. Conclusion MTB Beijing genotypes in Yunnan Province are polymorphic, and MTB Beijing genotypes are different in different regions and ethnic origins.
