克罗诺杆菌(原阪崎肠杆菌)是一种能够引起新生儿及婴幼儿脑膜炎、菌血症和坏死性小肠结肠炎等疾病的食源性条件致病菌。克罗诺杆菌在自然界中广泛存在,已从临床、食品及环境样本中被分离出来。了解食品及环境中克罗诺杆菌的污染状况,将有助于建立有效的预防控制措施以降低克罗诺杆菌爆发的风险。本文对2008年以来我国克罗诺杆菌的污染状况和预防控制措施进行了综述。
Corynebacterium (Enterobacter sakazakii) is a food-borne pathogen that causes meningitis, bacteremia and necrotizing enterocolitis in newborns and infants. Cronyllobacteria are widespread in nature and have been isolated from clinical, food and environmental samples. Understanding the contamination of Cronobacter in food and the environment will help establish effective prevention and control measures to reduce the risk of Cronobacter outbreaks. This article reviewed the status of Cronobacter pollution in our country since 2008 and the prevention and control measures.
