高强度螺栓是钢结构中新的联接型式,已在各国的拼装新的钢结构、加固及修理旧钢结构时大量使用。高强度螺栓操作简单拼装容易,不容松动。目前高强度螺栓造价虽较高,但已安装的费用接近铆钉的费用,如大量生产时单价还可降低。一些国家使用高强度螺栓的经验如下:1.高强度螺栓的联结已完成试验阶段,可以用在一切拼装铆合及焊接结构中;2.螺母与垫圈间的摩擦力大,在使用过程中没有发现螺栓松动;3.螺栓的应力及其所引起的摩擦力在运营过程中实际上未改变;4.在使用很硬的钢制造螺母和螺栓时,很少观察到螺杆断裂或螺母磨损。这些缺点一般是在结构上加垂直荷载以前发生的;
