本文综述了社区老年高血压患者药物治疗进展,并对社区老年高血压患者的抗血压药物治疗进行了总结,提出在基层及社区适合于老年高血压患者临床药物治疗的方案,尤其为基层医疗卫生对老年高血压患者的药物治疗提供了参考,从推动的社区老年高血压患者的药物进行规范化治疗及推动临床应用的研究领域应进一步扩大、加深,从而提高社区老年高血压患者服药的依从性,进一步控制高血压,更好防止高血压并发症的发生。
