目前地方高职学院学生厌学现象比较严重,教学质量不容乐观。为了改善这种状况,可以把提升学生的课堂到课率作为抓教学质量的突破口。提升学生课堂到课率,首先要结合职业教育的特点,改进学生的评价办法;其次要加大课程教学改革力度,充分发挥学生的主体作用;再次要加强教师的培养力度,提升教师的教学能力;最后要完善治理结构,规范课堂教学行为。只有全院一盘棋,部门联动,齐抓共管,形成合力,地方高职学院的学风转变指日可待,地方高职学院学生到课率一定会有很大的提升。
