二十一世纪,日本提出了一个现时代最大的产业战略,即“观光立国”战略,其在经济、政治、社会以及就业等领域都有着重要的地位,因此观光立国成为了日本二十一世界的新发展方向。在实施了观光立国战略后,日本政府又依据国内的政治经济发展情况,并结合了内界的经济形势,制定出了相应的旅游发展战略规划,进一步的促进了观光立国战略的发展和完善。本文将结合几点日本的“观光立国”战略,谈谈保定市的旅游发展方向和策略。
In the 21st century, Japan put forward a strategy of “developing its country by sight”, which is the largest industrial strategy in its present era. It has an important position in the fields of economy, politics, society and employment. Therefore, it has become Japan’s twentieth century One new direction of development of the world. Following the implementation of the strategy of establishing a country based on sightseeing, the Japanese government, in the light of the political and economic development in the country, combined with the economic situation in the interior, has formulated the corresponding strategic plan for tourism development and further promoted the development and improvement of the strategy of establishing a nation by sightseeing. This article will combine a few Japan’s “Tourism ” strategy to talk about the development of tourism in Baoding direction and strategy.
