研究交变电磁场对Al-5%Fe组织性能的影响,得到交变磁场对铸件的组织及力学性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:交变磁场电流强度对铸件的组织及力学性能都有较大的影响。随着通入电流强度的增大,铸件的抗拉强度和伸长率增高、硬度增大,组织结构明显细化。当磁场电流强度为12 A时,抗拉强度和布氏硬度分别提高了143 MPa和88.15 HB,伸长率提高了21.1%,但当磁场电流强度超过12 A时,抗拉强度及硬度反而降低,晶粒变得粗大。
The influence of alternating electromagnetic field on the microstructure and properties of Al-5% Fe was studied. The influence of alternating magnetic field on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the castings was investigated. The results show that the alternating magnetic field current intensity has a great influence on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the castings. With the increase of current density, the tensile strength and elongation of castings increase, the hardness increases, and the microstructure is obviously refined. When the magnetic field current is 12 A, the tensile strength and Brinell hardness increase by 143 MPa and 88.15 HB, respectively, and the elongation increases by 21.1%. But when the magnetic field current exceeds 12 A, the tensile strength and hardness decrease, The grains become coarse.
