研究了 SO_4~(2-)对 Zr、CAS 与 CTMAB 之间反应的催化作用。建立了动力学光度法测定 SO_4~(2-)的新方法。方法的灵敏度高,摩尔吸光系数为1.0×10~5。测定波长为640nm。测定范围为0~20ppm。Fe(Ⅲ)、Al、Sn(Ⅱ)、V(Ⅴ)、F~-,PO_4~(3-)、AsO_4~(3-)干扰测定。Al、Fe 等阳离子可通过阳离子交换柱除去。F~-、PO_4~(3-)、AsO_4~(3-)的干扰可加入适量的 MgO 消除。用于化学试剂中微量 SO_4~(2-)的测定,效果较好。
The catalytic effect of SO_4 ~ (2-) on the reaction between Zr, CAS and CTMAB was studied. A new method for the determination of SO_4 ~ (2-) by kinetic spectrophotometry was established. The method has high sensitivity and molar extinction coefficient of 1.0 × 10 ~ 5. The measurement wavelength is 640 nm. The measurement range is 0 ~ 20ppm. Fe (Ⅲ), Al, Sn (Ⅱ), V (Ⅴ), F ~ -, PO_4 ~ (3 -) and AsO_4 ~ (3-). Cations such as Al, Fe and the like can be removed through a cation exchange column. F ~ -, PO_4 ~ (3 -), AsO_4 ~ (3-) interference can be added to remove the appropriate amount of MgO. For chemical reagents trace SO_4 ~ (2-) determination, the effect is better.
