选用铁基复合材料作复合辊内层,采用热等静压扩散连接法将其复合到硬质合金外层,制得了近实物尺寸的复合硬质合金轧辊。考察了铁基复合材料内层的热等静压烧结组织和性能及复合辊内、外层界面结合情况。并对复合辊线切割时产生的裂纹作了分析。从而为热等静压法复合硬质合金轧辊的深入研究提供了实验基础。
The iron-based composite material is selected as the inner layer of the composite roller, and the inner layer of the composite roller is compound into the outer layer of the cemented carbide by the hot isostatic pressing diffusion connection method to obtain the composite solid carbide roll of near physical size. The microstructure and properties of the hot-isostatic pressing in the inner layer of Fe-based composite and the bonding between the inner and outer layers of the composite roll were investigated. The crack produced when the composite roll was cut was analyzed. This provides an experimental basis for the further study of hot isostatic pressing composite carbide rolls.
