高职院校的教育教学侧重点是对学生工作能力的培养。这需要两个方面来发挥作用,第一是课堂教学,即理论培养和素质教育;第二是实践教学,即是将课堂中学习到的知识进行实际应用并加深对工作岗位的熟练和了解。在高职院校的建筑装饰工程技术专业,要提高学生的学习效果,提升学生的就业能力和水平,也要遵循这两大重点来进行考虑。本文从高职院校建筑装饰工程技术专业教学模式的改革和学生实践能力的培养入手,为提高高职院校的教学效果和学生的工作能力提供了借鉴与指导。
The emphasis of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate students’ ability to work. This requires two aspects to play a role, the first is classroom teaching, that is, theoretical training and quality education; the second is the practice of teaching, that is, the knowledge learned in the classroom practical application and deepen the proficiency and understanding of the job. In the vocational and technical colleges and building decoration engineering technical specialty, to enhance the learning effect of students and improve the employability and level of students, we must follow these two important points to be considered. This article starts with the reform of the teaching mode of building decoration engineering technology in vocational colleges and the cultivation of students ’practical abilities, which provides reference and guidance for improving the teaching effect and students’ ability to work in higher vocational colleges.
