1 混系自交系产生的主要原因育种者因素。玉米自交系是遗传基础比较稳定的纯合体,内部组成为同质型,基因型为AA或aa,而混系自交系遗传基础复杂,为杂合体,内部组成为异质型,基因型为Aa,Bb或Cc等,这就决定了田间表现型的多样性和植株性状之间的较大差异。育种者为了早出品种,早出成果,把一些不稳定的自交系作为混系来测配育成新的杂交种,丰富了遗传内容,提高了制种产量和大田产量。但新选育的自交系类型较多,不易区分主次,而且性状不稳定,易发生突变,田间去杂难以
1 Main Causes of Mixed Inbred Lines Breeder Factors. Inbred lines of maize were homozygous with relatively stable genetic basis, internal composition was homogeneous and genotype was AA or aa. However, inbred lines of inbred lines had complex genetic basis and heterozygote with heterogeneous internal components and genotypes Aa, Bb or Cc, which determines the large differences between the phenotypic diversity and plant traits in the field. Breeders early varieties, early results, some of the unstable inbred lines as hybrid to test the development of new hybrids, enrich the genetic content, increased seed production and field output. However, there are many types of inbred lines newly selected, it is not easy to distinguish between primary and secondary, and the traits are unstable and prone to mutation.
