加工薄而软的零件如橡胶、塑料等材料时比较麻烦,尤其对泡沫塑料的切割,尺寸难以保证。为便于加工,我们制造了一种多能划钻。这种工具可以在普通钻床上使用。划臂槽内能安装两个刀架,两把切刀(图1),根据工件不同直径将内、外切刀用调节丝杆1调到适当位置后,以定位螺钉13紧固。划钻中心杆6夹在钻床夹头内。加工前选一块平整而且小于工件直径2～5毫米的木质或硬塑料压板,压在工件上。
