本文首次提出虚拟过渡面法,以解决三维刚塑性有限元法模拟金属成形过程时所遇到的速度奇异处问题;提出确定虚拟过渡面法向方向的具体公式;通过对花键齿挤压成形的实例计算过程及结果表明,该方法具有计算量小、预处理过程简单以及收敛性好等优点。
In this paper, the virtual transition surface method is proposed for the first time to solve the problem of the singularities of the speed encountered in the three-dimensional rigid-plastic finite element simulation of the metal forming process. The concrete formula for determining the normal direction of the virtual transition surface is proposed. The example calculation process and the results show that this method has the advantages of small calculation, simple pretreatment process and good convergence.
