从事著作,都应该进行创造性的劳动,不但学术著作应该这样,就是通俗读物也应该这样。但目前出版的许多宣传政策的著作,往往用引证大量文件的办法,来代替对政策问题进行具休的说明与阐进,这是一种不良的倾向。因为这种著作,对读者帮助不大,而且会助长教条主义滋长。千家驹著“什么是国家资本主义”(1954年华东人民出版社出版)一书,就是这样的著作。“什么是国家资本主义”是一本总共63页的小册子,而全书几乎有一半是引自别人的文字。例如第一章20多
