目的探析低平齿槽嵴下颌总义齿修复的临床治疗效果。方法 36例低平齿槽嵴下颌总义齿修复患者作为研究对象,依照三级标准判定治疗效果。结果当患者佩戴后,医护人员对患者进行为期3个月的观察,36例患者中,通过修复21例患者达到1级标准,占58.3%;12例患者达到2级标准,占33.3%;3例患者达到3级标准,占8.3%。结论实施低平齿槽嵴下颌总义齿修复期间,需要从基托的伸展与密合,至牙合面的排列和高度,舌头的磨光面以及运动状况等多方面进行严格的掌控考虑,对提高义齿稳固力与强化稳定性有着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mandibular total denture restoration in low level cusp ridge. Methods Thirty - six patients with mandibular total denture with low level cusp ridge were selected as research objects, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the three criteria. Results When the patient was wearing, the medical staff observed the patient for 3 months. Among the 36 patients, 21 achieved the level 1 standard (58.3%); the 12 patients achieved the grade 2 standard (33.3%); 3 Patients reached Grade 3 standard, accounting for 8.3%.
