提出了一种新的板形检测理论和方法─-激振测频法(次声级激振测频法)。该方法通过机械动作,随机地给板材施加周期性的次声级阶跃激励,然后用测振传感器测量板材横向上各点的振动频率,通过标定板材和计算机分析各点张力与振动频率的对应关系,确定板形质量数据。经过在实验室和生产现场的试验,证明这种检测方法简单易行,且测量精度较高。
A new shape detection theory and method ─ ─ excitation frequency measurement method (infrasound level excitation frequency measurement method) is proposed. In this method, a periodic infrasonic step excitation is randomly applied to the plate by a mechanical action. Then the vibration frequency of each point in the transverse direction of the plate is measured by a vibration-measuring sensor. Correspondence between the point tension and the vibration frequency is analyzed by calibrating the plate and the computer Relationship, to determine the shape quality data. After the test in the laboratory and production site, this test method is proved to be simple and easy, and the measurement accuracy is high.
