一、毛泽东时期党的经济政策以毛泽东为核心的党的第一代领导集体在中国最黑暗的一段历史时期承担着新民主主义革命和社会主义建设初期恢复生产、发展经济的重大历史使命,是马克思列宁主义本土化,毛泽东思想的形成和成熟的一个重要的历史时期。在这一时期,由于革命斗争的艰巨性和复杂性,中国共产党还没有形成一套完整、成熟的经济政策体系,很多时候是针对特殊情况采取的权宜之计。
I.
