曲靖专区位于云南省东北角,有八县一市,多数县是山区。分布着汉、回、苗、彝、水族和壮族。医务人员少,农村更突出。专区内富源、师宗两县的人口总数为784500,少数民族人数为88698,两县的医务人员共874人,每千人口为1.11人。为了满足农村,特别是山区与少数民族聚居地区医疗保健工作的需要,81年、82年我校开办了定向招生、定向分配的民族医士班,共招收29名学生。学生来源于高中毕业、报考
Qujing Prefecture is located in the northeast corner of Yunnan Province and has eight counties and one city. Most of the counties are in the mountainous area. There are Han, Hui, Miao, Yi, Shui, and Zhuang. There are few medical staff and the countryside is more prominent. The total population of the Fuyuan and Shizong counties in the area is 784,500, and the number of ethnic minorities is 88,698. There are 874 medical workers in the two counties and 1.11 people per 1,000 population. In order to meet the needs of the rural areas, especially the health care work in mountain areas and ethnic minorities, in 81 and 82 years our school opened a national healer program for targeted admissions and orientation and a total of 29 students.
