信息时代的发展加速了教育发展,同时要求中职学校对人才的培养提出更新的发展。中职学校加快“双师型”教师队伍来适应社会带来的挑战。本文从中职计算机网络技术“双师型”教师定义着手,通过分析南昌市某中职学校“双师型”教师队伍存在的年龄与性别构成不同、学历与专业不同、“双师型”教师队伍管理机制不完善、相对的配套缺失等问题,引出“双师型”队伍建设现状及存在的问题,从而提出基于这种情况下对“双师型”队伍建设认定、考核办法等一系列措施进行研究论述。
