本文对S1A-02DFC燃机的注蒸汽系统原理、结构和设计要点作了简要介绍,计算并给出了该燃机单管燃烧室改装前后空气流量、流速及温度的轴向分布.不同尺寸的注汽喷嘴参与整机运行,测取了注汽喷嘴前后压力,温度及注汽量等参数.最后调试试车表明注蒸汽系统改装设计是成功的.并为我国地面燃气轮机进一步开发和提高经济效益提供了有效的方法和可供参考的资料和数据.
In this paper, the principle, structure and design points of the steam injection steam generator of S1A-02DFC are briefly introduced, and the axial distribution of the air flow, velocity and temperature before and after modification of the single-tube combustion chamber is calculated and given. The steam injection nozzle is involved in the operation of the whole machine and the parameters such as the pressure before and after the injection nozzle, the temperature and the amount of steam injection are measured, and finally the commissioning test shows that the steam injection system retrofit design is successful and provides the further development and economic benefits for the gas turbine on the ground in China Effective methods and information and data for reference.
