随着经济的快速发展和建筑技术的不断进步,近年来我国的大型小区、高层、超高层的建筑群不断涌现。后浇带越来越在工程中使用得多,其技术复杂和难度也越来越大。后浇带既可以解决大体积混凝土浇筑中的施工问题,又可解决高低层结构的沉降变形的协调,以及混凝土硬化过程中的收缩问题。后浇带的设置确实是解决了钢筋混凝土结构在混凝土强度增长过程中因温度变化、混凝土收缩、高层建筑主楼与低层裙房间差异沉降等产生的裂缝,以期达到释放施工期间大部分变形、减小约束力,避免混凝土结构出现贯穿裂缝的目的。
