3月25日,中国专利法颁布30周年座谈会在北京人民大会堂举行,全国人大常委会副委员长陈竺出席会议并讲话。出席会议的还有,全国人大教科文卫委员会副主任任茂东,全国人大常委会法制工作委员会副主任郎胜,最高人民法院副院长陶凯元,中国科协副主席张勤,中国知识产权研究会名誉理事长姜颖、理事长田力普。会议由国家知识产权局副局长、中国知识产权研究会常务副理事长甘绍宁主持。
On March 25, the symposium on the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of the Patent Law of China was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Chen Zhu, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, attended the meeting and made a speech. Also attending the meeting were Renmaodong, deputy director of the Education Committee of the NPC, Lang Sheng, deputy director of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC Standing Committee, Tao Kaiyuan, vice president of the Supreme People’s Court, Zhang Qin, vice chairman of the China Association for Science and Technology, and the honorary title of the China Intellectual Property Research Association Chairman Jiang Ying, Tian Lipu, chairman. The meeting was chaired by Gan Shaoning, deputy director of the State Intellectual Property Office and executive vice chairman of China Intellectual Property Research Association.
