“中学语文教学金钥匙奖”是山西省中语会1984年提议设立的。评选活动由山西省教委教研室和中语会联合主持,每三年评选一次。设立该奖的宗旨是:重奖那些在中学语文教学改革中取得突出成绩的教师,以激励广大中学语文教师教改的积极性,促使大面积提高中学语文教学质量。该奖在1985年进行了首届评选,三位获奖者各获得一枚24K金的象征着开启知识宝库大门的金钥匙,至 The “Golden Key Award for Chinese Language Teaching in Middle Schools” was proposed by the Shanxi Provincial Chinese Language Council in 1984. The selection activity was jointly chaired by the Teaching and Research Office of the Shanxi Provincial Education Commission and the Chinese Language Association and was selected once every three years. The purpose of establishing this award is to: Reward those teachers who have achieved outstanding achievements in the reform of Chinese language teaching in middle schools, in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of the majority of middle school language teachers in teaching reforms, and to promote large-scale improvement of Chinese language teaching in middle schools. The award was first selected in 1985, and each of the three winners received a gold key of 24K gold symbolizing the opening of the gate of knowledge treasure.
