增强抗生素的抗菌作用是治疗化脓-炎症性疾病取得良好疗效的关键.早已证明,脑垂体后叶激素(催产素和加压素)具有抗菌作用.据此,我们采用抗生素与催产素联用方法,以探索他们对各种试验培养菌株的作用.此项研究,并通过了上述药品对试验性动物葡萄球菌脓毒症取得的良好作用和对化脓-炎症性疾病获得的显著临床疗效所证实.
