应用碳二亚胺法将精脒与牛血清白蛋白缩合制成人工抗原,并制得抗精脒抗体,以14C-精脒为示踪物,建成了精脒放射免疫分析法。应用本方法测定正常人16例,平均值为86.6±57.6ng/ml,21例恶性肿瘤患者血清精脒水平明显高于正常人。
The carbodiimide method was used to condense spermine and bovine serum albumin to make artificial antigen, and the anti-sperm amidine antibody was prepared. The spermine was radiolabeled by 14C-spermidine as tracer. The method was used to determine the normal 16 cases, with an average of 86.6 ± 57.6ng / ml, 21 cases of malignant tumor serum spermine level was significantly higher than normal.
