所提出的两重包络加工方式是建立在两重包络理论基础上的,它可以实现对空间凸轮廓面的无理论误差重构。通过对两重包络法的加工过程的分析,比较了与其它非等价加工方式的不同之处。在此基础上建立了点刀位计算模型,研究了两种走刀方式并给出了各自对应的刀位序列计算程序。两重包络加工方式适应范围广,柔性强,特别适应于单件小批量生产。这种加工方式可作为等价加工方式和刀位补偿方式的有益补充,满足实际生产的需要。
The proposed double envelope processing method is based on the double envelope theory, which can realize the non-theoretical error reconstruction of the space cam profile. Through the analysis of the processing of the double envelope method, the difference between the two methods is compared with that of other non-equivalent processing methods. On this basis, the calculation model of point tool position is established, and two kinds of tooling modes are studied and their respective cutter position sequence calculation programs are given. Double envelope processing methods to adapt to a wide range of flexible, especially adapted to a single small batch production. This processing method can be used as a complementary processing method and tool compensation mode to meet the actual production needs.
