变位系数的确定是少齿差内啮合传动设计的关键.在对少齿差内啮合传动分析的基础上,介绍了少齿差内啮合传动的两个主要限制条件;推导出内齿轮插齿、外齿轮滚齿加工的满足给定的重合度和齿廓不重迭干涉系数要求的少齿差内啮合变位系数的牛顿迭代公式;用实例验证了选代公式的正确性,并且同内、外齿轮均滚齿加工的计算情况进行了比较.迭代公式的结果保证了标准顶隙,而且得出的啮合角比较小.
The determination of the coefficient of variation is the key to the design of internal gear transmission with less teeth difference. Based on the analysis of the internal gear transmission with few teeth difference, the two main limitations of internal gear transmission with fewer teeth difference are introduced. It is deduced that the internal gear gear and external gear gear hobbing meet the given degree of coincidence and tooth profile Newton’s iterative formula of internal gear variation coefficient of small tooth difference required by non-overlapping interference coefficient is validated by examples. The correctness of the formula is validated and compared with that of internal gear and external gear. The result of the iterative formula ensures the standard head clearance and gives a small meshing angle.
