目的研究浙江西南地区野生金银花种质资源的形态性状、有效成分及遗传特性,为金银花种质资源的开发利用及遗传育种提供依据。方法采用形态性状调查、HPLC检测及ITS序列分析揭示野生金银花种质的特性。结果浙江西南地区的6个野生金银花种质在形态性状上差异较小,通过ITS序列分析表明它们之间亲缘关系非常相近,能够与忍冬属其他植物明显区分。6个野生种质与栽培品种之间形态差异和有效成分量差异较大,其中有性状优良的野生种质,如产自浙江省景宁县(ZJJN1)与浙江省青田县(ZJQT)的样品,其绿原酸量分别为1.94%和2.42%,达到《中国药典》2010年版标准。结论研究野生金银花种质的优良特性,对浙江西南地区野生金银花资源的开发及优良栽培品种的选育具有重要的现实意义。
Objective To study the morphological traits, active ingredients and genetic characteristics of wild honeysuckle germplasm resources in southwestern Zhejiang Province, and to provide basis for the development, utilization and genetic breeding of honeysuckle germplasm resources. Methods Morphological traits, HPLC detection and ITS sequence analysis were used to reveal the germplasm characteristics of wild honeysuckle. Results Six wild honeysuckle germplasms in southwestern Zhejiang Province showed little difference in morphological traits. The ITS sequence analysis showed that the germplasm was closely related to each other and could be distinguished from other species of Lonicera. There were significant differences in morphological and active components between the 6 wild and cultivated cultivars, including wild germplasm with good traits, such as those from ZJJN1 in Zhejiang Province and ZJQT in Zhejiang Province, The amount of its chlorogenic acid was 1.94% and 2.42% respectively, reaching the 2010 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”. Conclusion The study of the excellent characteristics of wild honeysuckle germplasm has important practical significance for the development of wild honeysuckle resources and the breeding of fine cultivars in southwestern Zhejiang Province.
