腺苷和核苷酸可影响多种组织,包括兔肺动脉的肾上腺素能神经效应器的传递功能;三磷腺苷(ATP)和二磷腺苷(ADP)能在多种组织释放前列腺素;前列腺素则能抑制刺激交感神经所致的去甲肾上腺素释放。本文主要研究ATP通过释放前列腺素而部分地抑制电刺激引起节后交感神经递质释放的可能性。
Adenosine and nucleotides can affect the delivery of adrenergic neuroendoctors in a variety of tissues, including rabbit pulmonary arteries; adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and adenosine diphosphate (ADP) release prostaglandins in a variety of tissues; Prostaglandins inhibit the release of norepinephrine by sympathetic nerves. This article studies the potential of ATP to partially inhibit the release of sympathetic neurotransmitters during electrical stimulation by releasing prostaglandins.
