Ogilvie等合成的BIOLF-62,{9[(2-羟基-1-羟甲基乙氧基)甲基]鸟嘌吟}(简称DHPG)是一个新的开环核苷类化合物,分子式C_9H_(13)N_5O_4,分子量255.233。本品中性、稳定且水溶性好。Smith等发现,BIOLF-62在组织培养中远在细胞毒浓度以下时即有显著的抗Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒的作用,对8株I型疱疹病毒(HSV-I)的半数有效浓度ED_(50)的范围为0.084~2.4μg/ml,对6株Ⅱ型疱疹病毒(HSV-Ⅱ)的ED_(50)范围为0.068~2.0μg/ml,其中对临床分离的天然耐无环鸟苷的单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ、Ⅱ型各一株也有效。在HFF-36-P-6细胞中,用HSV-1-Patton株实验,其抗病毒和抑制细胞的毒性作用与无环鸟苷和碘苷比较,BIOLF-62的细胞EDS_(50)病毒EDS_(50)为360,远较无环
Ogilvie and other synthetic BIOLF-62, {9 [(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl ethoxy) methyl] guanine} (referred to as DHPG) is a new open-core nucleoside compounds, molecular formula C_9H_ 13) N_5O_4, molecular weight 255.233. This product is neutral, stable and water-soluble. Smith et al found that BIOLF-62 had a significant anti-herpes simplex virus type I and II effect in tissue culture far below the cytotoxic concentration. The median effective concentration of ED50 for 8 herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-I) (50) ranged from 0.084 μg / ml to 2.4 μg / ml. The ED50 of six strains of herpes simplex virus type 2 (HSV-Ⅱ) ranged from 0.068 μg / ml to 2.0 μg / ml. Of the herpes simplex virus type Ⅰ, Ⅱ each one is also effective.
