邢台地震到现在已经二十年了。二十年来,我省地震活动经历了一个相对活跃时期和一个相对平静的时段。在1996到1976年的十年当中,先后在我省及邻近地区发生了邢台6.8级,7.2级、河间6.3级、渤海7.4级、海城7.3级、和林格尔6.3级和唐山7.8级、滦县7.1级、宁河6.9级等一系列中强以上地震。这在我省的历史上是罕见的。据有关资料统计,仅邢台、唐山两次大地震,就夺去了25万多同胞的生命,直接经济损失达几十亿元,使灾区人民遭受了极其严重的损失。对此,从中央到地方的各级党政领导机关极
