前言随着铬镍奥氏体不锈钢焊接工作量的增加,要求简便、准确地测量焊缝和熔敷金属中的铁素体含量,从而有效地控制焊接接头的热裂纹、腐蚀和脆化倾向。为此,国内外进行了大量的研究和标准化工作,并在磁性法测量仪器的设计、制造和标准试样的研制方面取得了进展(我国颁布了《铬镍奥氏体不锈钢焊缝铁素体含量测量方法》国家标准GB1954-80;国际焊接学会讨论通过了ⅡWDoc.Ⅱ-904-79号文件)。
Preface With the increase of welding volume of austenitic stainless steel, it is required to measure the ferrite content in the weld and the deposited metal easily and accurately so as to effectively control the hot cracking, corrosion and embrittlement tendency of the welded joint. To this end, a great deal of research and standardization work has been carried out at home and abroad, and the progress has been made in the design, manufacture and standard sample preparation of magnetic measuring instruments (China has promulgated the “chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel weld ferrite Content measurement method ”national standard GB1954-80; International Welding Society to discuss the adoption of IIWDoc.Ⅱ-904-79 document).
