[目的]观察杀胚消癥汤联合西药治疗异位妊娠疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将128例住院患者按就诊顺序分为两组。对照组64例甲氨喋呤(MTX),0.05g/次,1次/d,肌注。米非司酮,0.025g/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组64例杀胚消癥汤(赤芍、丹参、桃仁、三棱、莪术各15g,天花粉20g,蜈蚣冲服2条,全蝎冲服6g,茯苓、白术各12g。腹痛加乳香、没药、玄胡索各10g;恶心呕吐加砂仁6g,藿香15g;白细胞减少、体虚加党参、黄芪各20g)。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血β-HCG、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈55例,显效5例,有效3例,无效1例,痊愈率85.94%。对照组痊愈45例,显效8例,有效8例,无效3例,痊愈率70.31%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组血β-HCG下降、包块缩小时间明显短于对照组,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。[结论]杀胚消癥汤联合西药治疗异位妊娠效果显著,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of killing embryo digestion soup combined with Western medicine on ectopic pregnancy. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment 14d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, blood β-HCG, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of 3 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group cured 55 cases, markedly effective in 5 cases, effective in 3 cases, ineffective in 1 case, the cure rate was 85.94%. The control group recovered 45 cases, markedly effective in 8 cases, effective in 8 cases, 3 cases, the cure rate was 70.31%. The treatment group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The serum β-HCG decreased and the mass shrinkage time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). [Conclusion] killing embryo diarrhea combined with Western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy significant effect, it is worth promoting.
