氟啶酸(enoxacin)是一种氟化喹诺酮,已被证实在体外有与其它喹诺酮类相同的抗奈瑟氏淋球菌包括产β-内酰胺酶菌株的活性。作者用随机方法比较单剂量口服氟啶酸400mg和单剂量头孢三嗪噻肟250mg肌肉注射治疗无并发症生殖器奈瑟氏淋球菌感染,评价男女患者的安全性和疗效。受试者57例,其中有48例奈瑟氏淋球菌培养阳性并均进行了随访。23例(男12例,女11例)接受氟啶酸治疗,25例(男14例,女11例)接受头孢三嗪噻肟治疗。结果:氟啶酸组治愈率男患者为100％,
