我所曾收治一例苯胺中毒的病例,现报告如下。 一、病历摘要 患者刘某某,男性,40岁,干部,于1990年9月1日下午一时,主因接触苯胺致头晕、头痛、乏力、面部及口唇紫绀二小时急诊入院。追问病史,患者当日上午10时带领化工车间工人清理卫生,在搬动放置已久的苯胺桶时,溅起的苯胺落到患者的颜面及手套上,当即脱去手套用自来水反复冲洗颜面及双手后,又戴上被污染的湿手套干活,未感不适。11时开始突感头晕、头痛、乏力、颜面口唇及双手皮肤紫绀、麻木,心悸,12时症状逐渐加重,即由家属护送来我所诊治。
