本文讨论了以浮雕型正弦表面光栅作成的反射共振滤波器的旁带反射率和滤波带宽的特点。从严格数值结果与近似公式的对比发现 ,对共振滤波器的旁带反射率 ,可以用普通薄膜光学的反射率公式进行非常直观方便的讨论。找到了减少旁带反射率和控制滤波带宽的有效方法。
This article discusses the characteristics of the sideband reflectance and filter bandwidth of a reflective resonance filter made of a relief-type sinusoidal surface grating. Comparing the strict numerical results with the approximate formulas, it is found that the sideband reflectance of the resonant filter can be very intuitive and convenient to discuss using the ordinary optical reflectance formula. Find effective ways to reduce the sideband reflectance and control the filtering bandwidth.
