人力资源是酒店管理活动中最核心的资源,做好人力资源管理工作可以说是酒店管理的重中之重。酒店业作为劳动密集型的服务产业,也是中国最早对外开放的行业,随着国内外竞争日益激烈,如何保持和增强酒店业人力资源竞争优势已成为酒店生存和发展面临的重要议题。本文就酒店人力资源管理竞争优势进行了探究,分析了酒店员工流动及流失与竞争力的辩证关系,认为可以从员工的就业安全、激励性薪酬、取消象征地位的标志、整体价值观等方面增强竞争力、促进酒店业持续健康发展。
Human resource management is the core of hotel management resources, human resources management can be said that the hotel management priorities. As a labor-intensive service industry, hotel industry is also the earliest industry open to the outside world in China. With the increasingly fierce competition at home and abroad, how to maintain and enhance competitive advantages of human resources in the hotel industry has become an important issue for the survival and development of hotels. This paper explores the competitive advantage of human resources management in hotels and analyzes the dialectical relationship between the mobility and loss of hotel employees and their competitiveness. It believes that the competition can be enhanced from the aspects of employees’ employment security, incentive compensation, the cancellation of symbolic status and overall values Force to promote the hotel industry sustained and healthy development.
