随着高等级公路建设的快速发展,建设单位之间的竞争日趋激烈,质量及信誉成为衡量公路施工建设单位的重要指标。只有不断加强建设工程质量管理,才能在市场中立于不败之地。较深入分析了高等级公路的养护管理特点,从不同方面提出目前我国高等级公路养护管理中的问题,结合我国高等级公路养护管理实际提出相应对策。
