俄罗斯作为我国最大的邻国,在我国市场多元化战略中地位显著。但是,由于各种原因,整个90年代,两国贸易的发展并不顺利。期间,我国产品在俄罗斯市场上既有过辉煌,也有过几平被淘汰出局的经历。可喜的是,经过10年磨合,两国间的经贸关系终于走出了徘徊期,双边贸易额也于2001年首次突破了100亿美元大关,2002年又创新高,达到119.3亿美元。尽管这个贸易额根本无法与中美、中日、中欧,甚至我国同台湾省的贸易额相提并论,但它却有着特殊的意义。因为
